Range & Habitat:

Recorded throughout most of northern New Jersey; records from Camden and Ocean suggest it should be looked for elsewhere. Seems to tolerate slightly degraded water, often found at small slow-flowing ponds.

Conservation Status:

State: S4 - Apparently secure in New Jersey

Global: G5 - Secure globally, but possibly rare in parts of its range
