Range & Habitat:

Occurs throughout the state.  Should be looked for in the NY metro area where it has not yet been recorded

Description:

Noticeably smaller than other Slender Clubtails; usually brighter than Ashy Clubtail, usually with a full length dorsal spot on S7.  The frontal stripes are usually "Z" shaped but the upper leg may be a separate spot or missing altogether. Conservation Status:

State: S5 - Demonstrably secure in the state

Global: G5 - Secure globally, but possibly rare in parts of its range
