Range & Habitat:
Recorded in north Jersey and several counties on the coastal
plain. May be overlooked elsewhere.

Description:
Tiny, with an emerald green dorsal surface to the thorax.
The blue tip to the abdomen is broken by two black wedges extending
dorsally onto S9. Compare Sphagnum
Sprite and Southern Sprite.
Conservation Status:State: S4 - Apparently secure in New JerseyGlobal: G5 - Secure globally, but possibly rare in parts of its range
