Range & Habitat:

Known only from a couple of old records in central New Jersey.

Description:

Similar to Martha's Pennant.  Mature males retain dull red spots on the abdomen and the face becomes brown.  Females differ in having 2 dark stripes on the side of the thorax.  Other differences are beyond the scope of this site.

 

Conservation Status:

State: SH - historical records only

Global: G5 - Secure globally, but possibly rare in parts of its range
