Has been recorded at scattered locations throughout the
state.
Exact distribution uncertain due to confusion with the two
races of Common Spreadwing.

Description:
Extremely similar to Common Spreadwing, even under a hand
lens. Identification of males is beyond the scope of this
site. Females may be identified in hand by close
examination of the ovipositor.
Conservation Status:State: S2S3 - Rare to imperiled in New JerseyGlobal: G5 - Secure globally, but possibly rare in parts of its range
